1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
You must inform us within 3 days of delivery with photo or video proof.
Note: Products such as dress materials, stitched garments, customized items, or discounted sale products are not eligible for return or exchange, except in case of damage or wrong item received.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

Share your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photos/videos of the product.
Once verified, our team will guide you through the pickup or return shipping process.

3. Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used (UPI, card, wallet, or net banking).
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 working days to reflect in your account.
4. Exchange Policy
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will:
Replace it with the same item (if available), or
Offer store credit or refund if the replacement is unavailable.
Exchanges are free of cost for eligible issues.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Dress materials cut as per order.
- Custom-stitched or altered products.
- Clearance sale or discounted products.
- Items damaged due to customer handling.
