Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
2. Shipping Partners
We ship all our orders through trusted delivery partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, Xpressbees, and Shiprocket (based on your location and availability).
These partners ensure safe and timely delivery across India.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on selected products or minimum order values (as mentioned on our website).
For other orders, a nominal delivery charge may apply depending on the delivery location and weight of the parcel.
Any applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities/Towns: 5–8 business days
Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
Please note that delivery time may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

You can track your order status anytime using your tracking ID on our courier partner’s website.

6. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate while placing the order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.
We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by inaccurate details provided by the customer.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours with photos or videos of the parcel and product.
In case of loss during transit, we will coordinate with the courier service and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
